Vdera is committed to protecting the privacy of its associates, customers and business partners. In the course of doing business, Vdera may gather personal and business information from these parties for the provision of its services and business operations. Vdera information infrastructure maintains security and regulatory compliance to ensure the privacy of these individuals and businesses is protected within the regions and countries it operates. This Privacy Policy applies to activities directly related to visiting the Vdera website and does not apply to third parties’ websites linked through the Vdera website.

Collection, Use and Transfer of Information
We use the information we collect to help measure the effectiveness and usefulness of our website, and to improve overall business operations. Visitors to the Vdera website can access most of the site without disclosing personal information. However, individuals may choose to provide us with their personal and business information; for instance, by contacting us, registering for events or courses, or when requesting information about our services. If visitors provide Vdera with their personal information, whether in the from of an email, business card, orally during business conversations or otherwise, we assume that visitors have granted us permission to collect, store, use and transfer (if necessary across boarders) such information. Vdera does not sell personal information to third parties; however, personal information may be automatically transferred to any successor of Vdera. Please be aware that it is possible that personal information visitors provide to Vdera may be subject to disclosure under law.

Correction, Update and Deletion of Information
Visitors can request correction, update or deletion of their personal information by contacting customerservice@vdera.com. If visitors are on a mailing list of periodic email communications regarding Vdera events, courses and/or services, they can send notification to customerservice@vdera.com to no longer receive such information. Visitors can change their choice at any time.

Security of Information
Vdera uses various organizational and technical measures to protect visitor privacy and avoid unauthorized use or disclosure of personal information. However, visitors should note that no transfer of data over the Internet is completely secure. While we use reasonable efforts to protect visitors’ information on our systems, when the data is transferred over the Internet, it may be accessed and used by unauthorized third parties. Vdera has no control over the performance, reliability, availability or security of the Internet, and does not warrant that any information transfer via the Internet or any communication through the Internet is secure. Vdera shall not be liable for any disclosure, unauthorized use, loss, damage, expense harm or inconvenience resulting from the loss, delay, interception, corruption, intervention, misuse or alteration of any personal information due to any reason beyond Vdera’s reasonable control.
